To Whom It May Concern:
On October 8″‘, 2004 I received a brochure in the mail on Interlock Roofing. It came at a great time as I was checking on different styles of roofing as my house was built in 1989 and was in need of a new roof.
I phoned the company on October 4th and talked to a woman, on October 18th I was contacted by Steven Wells, and made an appointment with him for October 22nd, My wife and I spoke before the appointment and we both agreed NOT to make any decisions right away. When Mr. Wells arrived he had another gentleman with him Mr. Dave Brown. I could not believe the samples and display they laid out and the knowledge they had.
The two gentlemen explained their area well to us Mr. Wells spoke about the roof and Mr. Brown explained about the financing. They arrived at 2 :00 in the afternoon and did not leave till 7 :00 that night.
My wife and I were so impressed with the product and their knowledge of the product, we made the deal over coffee, tea and cookies.
Three days later a truck arrived with all the material and was stored in my garage to wait to be installed. I couldn’t believe it when one young gentleman arrived to install the whole roof. The house is 2780 square feet with 8 valleys in the roof. I have never seen anyone work as hard and be as organized as this man was. I cannot remember his name and I am sorry for that. He worked a full day without taking any breaks, on the cold days I had to beg him to come down from the roof for a cup of coffee. I was in business for 20 years and if I had an employee like this young gentleman I still would be in business. This employee of yours deserves a PAT ON THE BACK.
We are very proud of our roof and our house, the roof looks wonderful and was a great investment. Your signs are still up and we would be glad to show anyone the roof as a reference for you.
My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to THANK Mr. Dave Brown, Mr Steve Wells and the gentlemen who installed the roof, fuey ALL .worked well as a team and did an excellent job.
